Saelheneb pushed on reguardles, and Kûhyi Chyâkæ Kâchyâ was finished, but starts off as a terible place to live.

Kûhyi Chyâkæ Kâchyâ is buildings are built arround a single spacious flagstone mainstreet which forms a counterclockwise spiral to give the city a over all circular shape. This all rests atop the unmistakable impression the town is one of the strictest places imaginable. Everyone’s actions are clearly directed by laws they keep in heart and mind at all times.
